An energy-sector contractor in the Takoradi corridor engaged us for spool prefabrication and site tie-ins on a process line. Spools were welded in workshop conditions from the isometrics, positioned welds were made by welders qualified to the process and position, and every pressure-carrying joint carried NDT before the line was presented for acceptance. The integrity engineer received the full weld map and inspection trail with the handover — which is the point: on pipework, the documentation is the proof the joint will hold.
