An industrial manufacturer in the Tema industrial area needed a process vessel fabricated to drawing and proven before it ever reached their line. We rolled and welded the shell in the workshop, set the nozzles to the layout, and put qualified welders on every pressure-boundary joint. The vessel was hydro-tested in our yard, witnessed, and delivered with its weld map, welder qualifications, and test certificates in one dossier — so commissioning on their side was a formality, not a gamble.
